Hiya lynnypooau

These Alexander families are difficult. My Mother was an Alexander. I think she was born in Belfast. Her father was called Alexander Erskine Alexander and was born in 1879. His father was Andrew Alexander and his mother Janet Erskine. The family came from the Ballyeaston / Ballyclare area. He married Anne Christina de Banke Gunderson on 18th of April 1905 in Durham.
I was told there could be a Huguenot connection too but think the de Banke name is the link there.
