All Saints Church , Eglantine near Lisburn

Post by Christopher »

This site contains a short history of All Saints Church , Eglantine near Lisburn. Mention is made of St Claire Kelburn Mulholland who was one of five brothers who were the founders
of the York Street Spinning Mills in Belfast.

War Graves at All Saints
Many of the young air crew members buried here were in their early twenties, barely out of their teens. They gave their lives as they believed in freedom and peace throughout the world. Remembrance Day, November 11th, is an important date in the calendar but we should spare a minute each day and be grateful that there were such brave young men willing to die for such important beliefs.
