Communicants - Buckna Presbyterian Church

Post by mcneillsr » 13 Aug 2007, 20:09

Is there any way of getting the full names of these communicants?

I am interested in the McNeill and Jamieson

My Great grandfather Charles McNeill was married to Elizabeth Brady at the church in 1885. His father is John McNeill and his mother, I think, is Mary Jamieson McNeill. Elizabeth's parents are Patrick Brady and mother, I think, is Rosie Haggerty Brady. Also interested in a Thomas McNeill and Margaret J McNeill who were the wittness at the wedding. I have no idea who they are.

Hi Steve

The forenames for the list from the date in the first post are:

McNeil
-------
William, Sarah (senior), Sarah (junior), John

Jamieson
----------
Susanna, George, James, Alexander, William James, Hessie.

Post the Townland names found on the marriage certificate for Charles McNeil, or any other Townland names your McNeils/Jamiesons were known to be connected with.

Can you help?
