To whom it may concern:

Good morning:
In the 1851 Census of Antrim (Rasharkin, Tamlaght) we find a Nicholas Scullion, 80, married in 1798 to Anna Scullion.
It appears they had a son Patrick, born abt 1805 who emigrated to Quebec Canada around 1825-28 and married to Eleonor Wilson.
They had a child John born abt 1828 in Ireland.
According to Bruce Elliot in his book "The McCabe List", Patrick came to Canada while Nicholas stayed back in Ballymoney.
In the same 1851 census, there is a Nicholas Scullion, son, who was probably Patrick''s brother...
However, it is impossible to confirm that last assertion.
We are then trying to find details on Patrick=E2=80=99s parents....so we can confirm his status: real parents, place and dates of birth...
All suggestions from your part, shall be greatly appreciated.
Thanks and best regards,
Roger Flansberry
